ASH 2022 | Phase I study of CC-98633 in R/R multiple myeloma

In this video, Luciano Costa, MD, PhD, UAB School of Medicine, Birmingham, AL, shares some results from a Phase I study evaluating CC-98633, a next-generation BCMA-targeting CAR-T cell therapy, in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (NCT04394650). Dr Costa first highlights the NEX-T manufacturing process used to develop this agent, and then discusses the activity and safety of this agent as demonstrated in the study. This interview took place at the 64th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition congress held in New Orleans, LA.
