SOHO 2020 | Immunotherapy for T-cell malignancies

John DiPersio, MD, PhD, Washington University, St. Louis, MO, discusses recent advances in the use of cellular therapies for T-cell malignancies including T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including using CRISPR gene editing to eliminate the target on the effector T-cell to prevent fratricide, as well as using off-the-shelf allogeneic T-cells to prevent contamination of tumor cells. This interview was recorded via an online conference call with The Video Journal of Regenerative Medicine (VJRegenMed).
